Ten Celebrity Style Tips You NEED to Know!

Introduction

Today we're gonna be stealing some celebrity-style secrets. So I'm gonna go through 10 different iconic celebrities that are very much known for their style. And you're not gonna love everything. I mean these celebs are very, very different. And that's the point. You can kind of gravitate to one, maybe thinking something else is a little bit crazy, but hopefully, you can get some style tips from these celebrities to incorporate into your own style and just try something new and fresh. Number one, we're starting off strong, yet safe. This one is not too crazy, but it is one of my favorites. 

Taylor Swift

I am a huge Taylor Swift fan, I am a Swifty at heart. I know there are some people out there who think she's a little overrated, to each their own, but I do really like her style and there areree things that you can try to incorporate into your own style, starting with the red lip. I mean she's known for the red lip and I think red lipstick is just something that every once in a while you should at least just experiment with because it's a color that really brings out your complexion and it looks great on all skin tones. But as far as her outfits, she kind of has a vintage vibe to her, 

I see a lot of floral dresses. She also loves high-waisted shorts to kind of show off her legs, she has pretty long legs so she uses different tricks to play that up and kind of show that off. But I do appreciate she doesn't show too much cleavage and or too much skin, she's not really too risque. I do wanna give a quick shout-out to thredUP. So let's just jump into the first Taylor Swift-inspired outfits. I wanted to do something with the high-waisted shorts. So from thredUP, I did order this white top. It's very basic, it's by the brand BP. It's just something that I can wear with a lot of different outfits, so I love that. But I also ordered these H&M high-waisted pattern shorts. I love them and they really show off your legs. So the estimated retail price was $21 and thredUP's price was 8.99, which again, blew my mind. And I did pair them with these wedges. They're the clear wedges that I've been wearing for years in my videos. 

And every single time you guys ask me where I got them I can't ever like link them because they're from thredUP and I honestly don't even know the brand because I've worn them so much, the the label is like worn off of them. But yeah, they're from thredUP and they're a really, really good trick or hack into making your legs way longer just like Taylor Swift. Now, as I mentioned, she also wears a lot of floral dresses so I love this photo of her with this blue floral dress. So I wanted to find a dress similar to that. So I found this one from thredUP. It's very, very similar and I really, really like it. But as I was searching for this dress I then also found this one which is a completely different color, but I was like, this also looks kind of like Taylor Swift and I actually think it fits me even better. 

So this is the brand Lulus and the estimated retail price was $64 and thredUP's price was only 21.99 and it was completely brand new. Fits me like a glove and totally reminds me of Taylor Swift. Now as I mentioned, I also got some spring pieces that I love like this top and these jeans. This by the way also is H&M which is one of my favorite brands. This was 9.99 on thredUP's site by the way. But I just wanna reiterate, when you are shopping on thredUP's website or even mobile or on their app narrow it down by your favorite brands and your sizing. And so it's just so much easier to shop that way, you can even narrow it down further. But like that to me is crucial in defining the best items. So I love these jeans that I got. Hailey Bieber

She's like an icon but right now in the last few years she's really been known for her style and she's been very trendsetting in a lot of different ways. And she's also gotten into some hot water with Selena. I mean, yeah, but as far as her style, she wears a lot of oversized things whether it be lia resizedzed white top, or a lot of oversized blazers, like a lot of them. So that's what I did. I did get this extra large blazer from thredUP, it was brand new with tags but I was kind of thinking like, I'm gonna hate this. But anyway, just to kind of like pull in some other Hailey Bieber tips and tricks. I did, you know, slick my hair back. She wears kind of like chunkier hoops and she loves more of a nude lip. But back to this oversized blazer, I threw it on and once I kinda like fixed the arms, I actually don't hate it. I mean, I think a lot of people might think that it's just weird you're like wearing something way, not you're correct size. But we all know the oversized boyfriend blazers are really in style and they have been for a few years now but this just kind of takes it up a notch. Now we really are getting into a true fashion icon with 

Princess Diana.

Oh my goodness, I love Princess Diana and she really is just one of the greatest fashion icons of all time. So for this, example though I just wanted to kind of share something maybe a little bit more unexpected because she obviously did dress up a lot, but she's also very well known for her casual style. I mean, she was like such a good mom. She was always doing stuff with her kids actually like going to their school and like all the things. So she always was wearing biker shorts with an oversized sweatshirt, sometimes like a college sweatshirt. She loved a good USA sweatshirt. So I actually found this sweater, it's a USA sweater, again on thredUP. I actually have some other collegiate sweatshirts I probably could have styled, but I don't know, I thought I could use this USA sweatshirt for like you know, the 4th of July and just different things. And so I threw on some biker shorts. She also wore the taller crew socks and sneakers. And so this was my Princess Diana look. She loved tortoiseshell sunglasses as well so I threw those on and this is a look that I absolutely love. Now, just piggybacking off of that let's talk about

Kate Middleton 

Kate Middleton because she's also of royalty and she's quickly becoming known for her style. And she has actually a few tips that I think are really interesting that I wanna share with you. But she is very classic, she's very elegant, and she wears a lot of solid colors, a lot of different colors, but solid colors. She repeats her outfits so often, I think a lot of people don't realize how often she repeats her outfits which is very different and unusual for celebrities and people in the eye. 

So just, keep that in mind, you know, like don't feel like you always need to be recreating crazy new different things. Just have a bank of your favorite outfits. If you love an outfit, take a photo of it, put it in your phone, and then when you don't know what to wear just go in your phone and look at some options. She also loves top-handle bags. That's very, very elegant as well. A tip that she has actually shared is that she always tries to keep her chin parallel to the ground because she thinks that just makes her look the best when she is photographed a lot, but she's totally right. When you look down, like you see the bags under your eyes it just, you just don't look your best when you're, you're looking down. And so she's literally trained herself to keep her chin parallel to the ground. 

Jennifer Lopez 

Jennifer Lopez Next we have Jennifer Lopez, which she's just so beautiful and I saw her in real life, by the way, we were at the Beverly Hills Hotel and she walked right past me, I mean like right there. And I don't know, it was shocking to me. But anyway, she has such glowy skin, she's like very like warm, like warm tones. 

She loves big hoops. She also loves tight clothing like she likes to show off her curves so I see her in a lot of pencil skirts. So for this look, I did style this faux leather skirt that I actually have in two colors. I have it in black and I also it in a camel color. It's just like the best pencil skirt ever. In fact, I think it's actually called the Perfect Skirt because it just shows off your lines so well,l. So to me, this is like the perfect Jennifer Lopez outfit.

Jennifer Aniston 

It's Jennifer Aniston. So she's America's sweetheart, everybody loves her, but she has really good style and a lot of people like to kind of copy the way she dresses. But when you look at her outfits they're all kind of similar, she repeats a lot of things. She loves a good basic white T-shirt or a white tank top. She also loves green pants. 

She pairs like the white top with the green pants all the time and she's the queen of aviator sunglasses. So for, this look it's pretty easy, I just threw on a white tank top and a pair of green pants that I just really like I did throw on my warm-toned Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses. These are also just very classic. I think they just look right on everybody. They don't have to be Ray-Bans but I do think everyone should have some aviator sunglasses. And overall this is just like a nice wearable classic outfit, inspired by Jennifer Aniston. Now the next celebrity isn't quite as wearable. We're gonna tweak some things to make it more wearable.

Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian So it's Kim Kardashian and her so known for style. I mean a lot of her outfits a normal person would never wear in a million years, but I feel like there are still some things we can kind of like pull from and make our own. But yeah, she wears a lot of super tight pieces which is why undergarments to her are so important. She created her own undergarments brand, Skims, which is uber popular now. So she'll wear things just like tight all over. Or if it's like tight all over sometimes she'll add a loose piece which I think is a really good tip. For this look, I threw on a full-body suit and this actually is not the Skims brand, it's trying to be but this particular full-body suit is very, very popular right now, even though I know a lot of people would never wear it. But the key is to put it on and then put stuff over the top of it. 

So I just threw on an oversized coat. And I do think this definitely looks kind of Kim Kardashian-esque, but to make it more wearable I would suggest wearing a full dress instead. So this black dress that I have, believe it or not, it's Skims, so it fits really, really well. It's very flattering. So I definitely give her props for that. Like I think her pieces are really good. So to me, this is a much more wearable Kim Kardashian outfit. I actually threw a trench coat on over top just to throw in something loose and I think this is really nice. Now we're taking it back to classic fashion

Audrey Hepburn

Audrey Hepburn with Audrey Hepburn. She is so classy, she's so feminine. I think there's a lot of style secrets and tips that we can learn from her. So I would say when, when we look at what she wore I would say it was like a lot of simple, simple things which I can appreciate. She did not have that much makeup. She had the belief that the less makeup you wore the younger you looked, which I kind of agree with. Also, she wore a lot of turtlenecks. 

But I would say the A-line dresses are really what a lot of people think of her as wearing like she loved wearing something that would like to cinch her waist and then kind of go out from there at like an A-line angle. And so for this look, I actually have this dress, and I, and I'm not even exaggerating, I've probably had it for 10 or 15 years, probably longer than that now that I'm really doing the math. But I've kept it in my closet because it does still fit me and it just reminds me of Audrey Hepburn. It really cinches my waist and then it goes out from there at a nice, A-line angle. And even though I've had it for so many years it is still in style. Okay, polar opposites here.

Rihanna 

Rihanna So the next style icon is Rihanna or Rihanna. Did you know that the real way to pronounce her name is actually Rihanna which she did confirm, which is so interesting to me. But she is best known for wearing men's wear, full-blown, just like men's clothing, really big baggy, loose pieces of clothing, which you could even see in her Super Bowl performance, which comment down below. 

But she also has a very interesting take on bras. She says that if she's wearing a top she will never wear a bra. But if she's wearing a bra then that's all she's wearing. So I'm really not styling an outfit for this one. That's not really relatable to me. But my whole key takeaway is wear what you love. Like if you have something that you just feel comfortable in and you that you wanna rock that like just do it. But hopefully, it's more than a bra.

Hadid Sisters

Next, I wanna talk about the Hadid Sisters, Bella and Gigi Hadid, who are supermodels but are very well known for their style. In fact, Bella Hadid was just recently named the most powerful dresser of 2022. So a lot of inspiration is often taken from their outfits. But I wanted to make this way more relatable because if you actually see them out and about like on a normal basis they really don't even dress that well. 

So they're, they're always wearing UGG Boots, like always. And I actually have a very similar pair. They're like the low-cut UGG-inspired boots which I highly recommend. They are so darn comfortable. So I threw them on with a pair of jeans, like a fleece pullover and I'm looking just as good as Bella and Gigi Hadid. So again, I just wanted to say that you don't always have to look perfect, they don't always look perfect. And I hope you found some inspiration from this video.
